A UC series and Insert Bearing factory in HeBei
The 2023 China Bearing International Exhibition was full of surprises for us. Unknowingly, a very beautiful exhibition booth in 3Hall attracted our footsteps. We walked into this booth quickly.It belongs to Zhongda Bearing(Z&R brand) ,a newly built factory in Hebei. Also, it is a company specializing in the production of spherical bearings and insert bearing for the middle and high end market. Especially,the European standard products for the European and American markets and high-quality custom-made insert bearings with grease withstanding high temperatures up to 280 degrees for the US market are very polular among Z&R bearing.
After entering the booth, Mr. Suo, the general manager of Zhongda bearing, gave us a detailed introduction to some representative products and special 3-layer sealing products and GYE series products, 62-degree locked UC series bearings and rings after grinding to see the processing technology details such as precision level, brightness and finish etc.
